How long does a bathroom remodel take?
Three to six weeks from demolition to final walk-through. A cosmetic refresh — tile, vanity, fixtures — runs two to three weeks; a full gut with layout changes, plumbing relocation and new electrical, four to six or longer. You get a written schedule before work begins.
How much does a bathroom remodel cost in Orange County?
It depends on size, materials and complexity — so instead of a ballpark that moves later, we give you a line-item estimate covering labor, materials, permits and finishes. The consultation and the estimate are free and carry no obligation.
Do I need a permit — and who pulls it?
Permits are required for plumbing, electrical or structural changes: moving a toilet, relocating a shower, adding recessed lighting. Purely cosmetic work usually isn't. We handle the whole application and inspection process across Newport Beach, Irvine, Costa Mesa and the surrounding cities.
Do you handle both the design and the construction?
Yes — design and build under one roof, so you don't need to hire an interior designer first. We develop the layout with you and select materials together. Already have a designer? We build to that spec.
